The building was built according to a project by the master builder Julián Palacios in 1879. It conserves practically all the original façade elements, although the viewpoints, originally made of wood, were later replaced by other masonry ones that are the ones that the building conserves today.

In the current street of Leopoldo Cano, before LAS DAMAS, at number 11, stands the building that will be the object of this partial rehabilitation, maintaining its original façade but completely new and renovated inside.
A new GUÍA VALLADOLID Project, in the heart of Valladolid, in the historic city next to the Calderón Theatre, the Archbishop's Palace and the Vera Cruz Church, on the way to San Pablo, San Gregorio and the Royal Palace.
